Can someone tell me if there is a complaints department in the IE head office and if so if it's worth my while writing/calling (what I mean is do they ever actually respond to complaints?).
Am so appalled by how truly sh*t the Docklands service has become that I need to stop moaning here and actually go to the people who are providing the service - and I use that word very very loosely. Two mornings in a row it's been late this week, with not so much as an explanation or an apology. That's two mornings in a row I've been late for work and my boss has "jokily" commented that I should be getting an earlier train! Why should I have to stand on a platform twenty mins earlier than I should hoping that some train, any train will turn up?!! Aaaghhh see, I'm doing it again, venting on a message board!
Will calling the complaints dept (if it exists) make me even more angry...

http://www.platform11.org/passenger_...plaints.php#ne

I wouldn't hold out much hope for getting a "reasoned response" as will soon legally required

And if that phone number doesn't work, we know the extension number on the letterhead which is different!

Its strange the address and contact phone numbers have appeared online on the IE site several months after we put it online http://www.irishrail.ie/contact_us/c...r_services.asp we still got better info though

Now I'm sure there will be a bull excuse like leaves

Subject should be Ashtown to Bray and not Maynooth.

Train was delayed this morning and went as far as Pearse.

As these things always come in threes, one more problem
is due soon!!
