Appears neither side is being 100% clear

The 16:00hrs update on the irish rail website is citing damage to signalling caused by the flooding and saying that the 15-20 minute delays are expected to continue into tomorrow.

Curiously the signaling problem is south of Portadown, where as the flooding was north of Portadown

I was under the impression that there were two sets of floods last week, one from the canal between portadown and poyntzpass, and one between moira and lisburn. I don't know if you know the terrain, but i reckon it would take the bann to rise about 6m or the craigavon balancing lakes to rise about 4m for any flooding immediately north of portadown.
