16th July 2007 - UPDATE 11.40HRS Customers are advised that due to a security alert near Newry, Belfast/Dublin Enterprise services are operating with a bus transfer between Newry and Dundalk until further notice. Our latest information is that this is expected to continue until tomorrow evening (Tuesday 17th July) at the earliest. Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused. From Translink site Enterprise - 1100 Dublin Connolly to Belfast Central 16-Jul 13:31 Due to a knock on from the on-going security alert the 1100hrs Enterprise service from Dublin Connolly to Belfast Central has been delayed by 60 minutes approximately So expect chaos at connolly?? or at least delays, etc? |

Yes it will be pants for the rest of the day, only one enterprise set in the republic which means railcars everywhere
The old Sligo train might make it to Dundalk and back this afternoon to fill in. Its going to be very messy on the 16:50 |

16.50 Dublin-Belfast Enterprise
The train is an enterprise ... must have been on platform from an earlier run. They started boarding at 16.20. IE staff are informing everyone about the bus transfer at Dundalk.

Well the 8:20 from Enterprise Drogheda was a 2900. And as a result, the 8:32 was a 6-car 2600.
