Default Flooding Between Salthill & Monkstown and Seapoint

The Dart lines were under water again today after being battered by crashing waves at high tide.

I assume this does not unsettle the line once the water has drained off?

A small section of the fencing between the line and the walkway (that stretches between the West Pier and Seapoint) has also been ripped.

The seawall has also sustained storm damage, and there is significant debris along the path, though I presume this is for the council to address.

Infrastructure looks ok

The line is designed to flood and drain between Salthill and Merrion so should be fine

Biggest concern is the overhead wires being damaged

Seawall is in a bad way at Salthill but not impacting the railway
