[19-11-09] 15.20 Dublin- Belfast
Due to safety reasons? there is no first plus service on the train. Passengers have been told to use from carriage D.. this led to chaos leaving the lounge as people pushed their way out to get seats...
not sure why? seems to be loads of seats where i am? |

Strange that train was the first train to arrive Dublin on time this week, being less than a minute late
If a window is broken the coach is off limits

I was due to take the 1810 Enterprise yesterday evening: there was an issue with the doors on a number of the carriages. Newry and Portadown passengers were put onto the 1814 local service. I believe NIR substiuted a CAF train for the Enterprise set which departed at 1845. I took the 2010 train as there was no information on what was happening the 1810. It is very frustrating that these issues continue to occur.

Which entitles anyone who travelled on it to a partial refund.
