![]() I have a friend who is planning to travel from Sligo to Belfast by rail in the next week or so (unlikely to know when enough in advance to buy web tickets). Will it be cheaper to buy one ticket at Sligo and another in Dublin or a single from Sligo to Belfast?

![]() Buying separate internet fares would probably be the cheapest. Make sure to allow time for Heuston-Connolly.

![]() Build a platform just past the exit of the Phoenix Park tunnel, driver changes ends, arrive into P10 and suddenly you have direct access from Sligo to Heuston, with passengers for Drumcondra/Connolly changing at Clonsilla.
