No destination displayed

It's not as bad as completely wrong displays.

This evening in Heuston for example. The departures board said the 18:05 to Portlaoise was on platform 4, where a train was sitting with Kildare displayed all over it. This train eventually failed whereupon we were told to go to platform 3 and get on the 18:40 to Thurles, which was displaying Rosslare Europort (wtf?)
