Default Longer journey times

I was just checking the times for tomorrow (To Ballina) and both the lunctime and evening trains have increased in journey time by 15 minutes to Ballina. Both have an 8 minute stop in Athlone.

Any particular reason for this change?

I'd hazard a guess that they're waiting for a train from Galway for connections, but someone more informed than I will probably tell you for sure.

I'd give odds on it being something to do with the works at Clonydonnin from a few weeks back
