[20-3-2007] 17:50 Dublin Galway
Numerous apologies for the late boarding but no reason given. Train rolled in at 17:43 we all piled in or tried to, I found a door which wouldn't open which didn't help
Left 17:55, no reason given for delay off we crawled the whole way to Adamstown, by which point the fact the heating wasn't working became noticable. PA wasn't used either. Things picked up in speed terms then but by then the damage was done Finally made Newbridge at 18:33, ten minutes down, no reason given and you would think that given IE management where attending a public meeting in Newbridge that evening that they could get it right |

I get this train nearly every day and it would break your heart. Crawls to Adamstown / Sallins every day and no announcements ever about what the delay is.
Ever since the timetable change in January things have gone way downhill. |

I gave up on that a long long time ago and get the 18.05 where you'll get a seat almost always and it runs fairly smoothly. I'd sat on too many 17.55's (as it was) and watched other later trains pull out before us.

Well a formal compliant is going in, not happy
And the coach door which was locked was on coach 5103, the door did not have a notice on it that it was locked out which is against the rules Yes I know it won't make any difference but in this case no response == RSC get called |
