I am sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant journey yesterday and I have sent a report to the Maintenance Depot to have this unit checked. We have had problems with the heating and the air conditioning units not balancing out correctly, however this would appear to be a case of the heating not working at all.
Again, I apologise for the uncomfortable conditions you experienced.
