Default [01/04/2008] Short train 8:32 Drogheda-Pearse

Running late this morning, so on the 8:32 from Drogheda. I don't get this often, but it certainly used to be 8 coaches, but today it's only 4.

Why is this still happening? The excuse in the past has been shortage of rolling stock, but surely this doesn't wash any more. Shouldn't this have been a temporary situation until the Sligo stock came in.

Maybe the railcars that suffered faults yesterday are still out of service would they?

Driver repeatedly apoliged for short train, and said he'd told control it was unacceptable.
