Summary of changes:
This change is apparently due to the closure of Granard outbase and bringing the coach that was there to Cavan Garage.
Services will now run Dublin-Athboy and passengers for north of Athboy (Castlepollard, Granard etc...) who previously had a through coach will change onto the Cavan coach at Athboy. Only on Sundays will the coach from Dublin run through to Granard & Cavan. Delvin will now have commuter coaches to the city and Athboy/Trim to Dublin is essentially clockface - generally hourly but more often in the peaks. Journeys now set-down at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre inbound and pick-up there outbound. A number of villages such as Clonmellon and Lisryan will lose their bus service altogether. Many journeys run across the city to Wilton Terrace with a morning journey extending to UCD Belfield. This route provides very strong connectivity with BÉ, IÉ and DB services including the Trim-Navan-Drogheda route 188 which operates every two hours in each direction. (Incidentally this is a rail replacement route started in April 1958 but extended to Trim in 1990) Anyone travelling end to end Dublin to Cavan Town can get there quicker on stopping service 109 or Expressway service 030.
