Default Signal failure Cherryville Junction

Currently sitting just outside Monasterevin. Been told by the driver there has been signal failure at Cherryville Junction and have currently no idea when it will be fixed.

I'm on the 07:40 from Portarlingon which comes from Westport.

Friday 29th July 11.50hrs

Points fault in Kildare has now been rectified, delays between 40-70 minutes remain but will ease.

Customers are advised that were delays exceed 60 minutes, customers are eligible for refund vouchers under our Passenger Charter.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the incovenience caused.
