Default Disruption to dart services? 3rd dec 2007

There is an item on aa roadwatch that says darts are only running between howth/malahide and lansdowne and then between dun laoghaire and bray and that bray/greystones are not running this is on the website under dublin news. Anyone got any info? The irish rail website is not saying anything.

There is a fallen tree somewhere between Lansdowne and Dun Laoghaire and there are overhead power line problems south of Bray

Strangely the afternoon Connolly Rosslare has just passed my office

No notice on IE site

Dublin Bus will accept tickets

Tree has been cleared

Finally have a notice on the IE site but as usual no date or time of issue

It appears to be a overhead wire fault though IE aren't saying that

Due to adverse weather conditions Dart services are disrupted. There are no DART services between Bray and Greystones.

There is a shuttle bus service in operation between Bray and Greystones.

Iarnród Éireann engineers are working to rectify the problems and this website will be updated throughout the day.
