There are 2 toilets per 4 car set, one of which is wheelchair accessible. However, even putting a wheelchair user in the wrong end of the coach with the accessible toilet renders it pretty much unavailable to them.

I often see wheelchairs put in a coach with no toilet at all, and it would not be easy to get a wheelchair through the gangway between coaches.
