Fault was Dublin end since it was reported at 19:26

Problem was due to a bridge strike at Donabate - This also caused the delay to the Enterprise at 19:00, the Dundalk train which leaves Connolly a few minutes after and an incoming Drogheda train. Trains were only operating as far as Malahide.
