Does this affect the Grange Road DART station?

Don't think so as its Clongriffin town centre thats behind the grange road station. I was in clongriffin today and the shops and restaurants are in full swing. Most homes seem occupied aswell. One piece of land is barren and the offices at the railway end are also empty. The underground park and ride facility is built and ready to go. Open to correction. Isn't Belmayne at the Malahide rd end of Grange road?

The whole Northern Fringe is a mish mash of developers, some of which are in a better position than others. Some folks may end up living in half completed Ghost estates while others will live like the brochures said.

I thought Clongriffen town was only half completed, with a weird hoarding on one "side" of the town.

Planning conditions restrict the number of dwellings until the station opens. So there is considerable motivation to complete the job

No need for any new dwellings at the moment so no need to complete the station.

There is a lot of confusion over this and some websites have pulled news stories.

As I understand it, Belmayne is on the Malahide Road and the train station is 2km away.

There is already a street called "Station Hill" here: http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=... lin&encType=1 where the cars are parked.
