Default Rosslare-Dublin train service -any possibility of wireless rollout

I would think it would be a difficult enough rollout but i was wondering if anybody had heard of a possible timeframe for a wireless rollout on the rosslare/dublin train service

There are no plans to provide wireless on any route except Dublin Cork. Dublin Belfast may be provided if Northern Irish Authorities raise 50% of the cost

Irish Rail had to lean on the mobile phone companies to get 3 gaps on the Dublin Cork line filled. Coverage on other routes is very poor
