Default Some new Irish Rail promotions:

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about some new IE promotions, in particular, for anyone living in Dublin, there is a Dublin to anywhere in the Republic day-return on Saturday for €20.

This goes back to what one of the guys said at the AGM, that there are some young business people rising up the ranks who are interested in good marketing.
Clearly day-return journeys starting from Dublin are well into the realm of off-peak services, so I think the above promotion is a good start.

Still think we need a proper two-tier fare structure though (like the MTA Railroads of New York).
