Default Annual Timetable changes in December?

Hi,
just wondering if anyone knows yet if there are going to be changes to the timetables in December this year?
And more importantly if there is any way of convincing Irish Rail to make changes that actually benefit commuters as opposed to the ridiculous changes that were made to the Waterford/Heuston evening services last year. The official reason I was given at the time for moving the 18:25 Heuston-Waterford train to 18:35 was to allow the Westport train to go at 18:30 which didn't really make sense to me considering a large number of people on the 18:35 Waterford train are daily commuters from Athy and Carlow..

I didn't realise the waterford train used to depart earlier, I only started using it this year, but I have been thinking an earlier service would be brilliant.
