Delays into and out of hueston
Incoming cork train delayed by 40 minutes, outbound 6 o'clock train still showing up as leaving on time, in fact it just popped up on the screen as departed. No info from irish rail, so I am assuming the huge queue of people at the platform 5 gate are just going to stand there indefinitely.
Galway train departed 15 minutes late. |

Luckily there seems to be some spare seats, volume must be low tonight. What I'm worried about is what will happen tomorrow morning...does this mean we will have a 3 car serving the 6am service from Waterford? Monday blues again!!!

Well I feel sorry for the couple standing at the bottom of my carriage with a buggy in tow.
And yep, worried about that too. Thankfully I get on at the first stop. |

T'was a 6 car ( actually 2x3 instead of the usual 6 car premier) today and, for the 1st time since the new timetable started, on time!!

I was clearly in a coma, didn't even realise we'd left athy late.
Got in on time, I think |
