Citing very poor rail conditions, Irish rail have cancelled :

- 17:28 connolly maynooth
- 18:10 connolly maynooth
- 18:25, 18:55 and 19:25 docklands M3 parkway

The 17:15 connolly longford was deferred to 17:28 and the 18:05 connolly longford will now call at all stops
In previous winters I think it might be a case of axle counters not picking up trains property so services have been reduced and spaced out.

Line will probally be cleaned tonight.

There's always a few really bad days for delays after the first big storm of the season removes about a third of the leaves in one go. It'll get a bit better but it'll be the new year before the timetable returns to normal levels of lateness.

How much of this is genuine weather disruption and how much management who don't care and other staff who have no interest in running a punctual service.

Due to restricted signalling introduced due to poor rail conditions there are delays to DART, Commuter and Intercity services*

DART and Commuter servicesDART and Commuter services are operating with delays up to 20 minutes at present.Maynooth/M3 Pakway evening services: the following service alterations are in place:**17.15 Connolly to Longford deferred to 17.28, 17.28 Connolly to Longford*cancelled.18.05 Connolly to Longford deferred to 18.10, 18.10 Connolly to Maynooth cancelled. All other services will operate with delays, which we will work to minimise.Last departure from Docklands Station will be 17.55.*No trains will depart from Docklands after this time.18.25, 18.55 & 19.25 Docklands to M3 Parkway are cancelled.* Customers should travel from Connolly, and a shuttle train will operate to/from Clonsilla to M3 Parkway.

Intercity Services

Cork to Heuston services are operating up to 60 minutes.Up to 40 minute delays can be expected to all other routes.
