It seems our 'friend' in Maynooth is still there and as useless as ever.

It appears he doesn't know his own name or in fact the names or details of anyone else in charge, curious that

Took the 16h52 from maynooth to Drumcondra this evening and some guy behind the counter gave a guy with a suit and glasses some lip. The customer repeatedly said "you're so rude, I just asked a simple question." Just to be sure, is this someone subb'ed here?

If the customer was getting rude treatment in Maynooth, it's a very good chance its the same guy in this thread.

Irish Rail refuse to believe that their staff verbally abuse customers from time to time.
