Default A Bit of Heat Is All We Want

I travelled on the 6:10 service from Kildare this morning without any heat on board. This morning had to be one of the coldest in quite a while. This is not the first time this has happened in the last couple of weeks. All we get is a measly annoucement heating not working. The conductor did not want to listen all he said was he wasn't an engineer. I think to prevent me from freezing to death will need to bring a Thermos with me from now on. The only thing was there was a bit of heat on the way home on the 5:10 which was the same train I got this morning. Is it that quick to fix??

if he'd taken the rake out of service to Inch to fix the heating you'd have been more annoyed !
