Default Seat reservation

I booked a seat online, but I wasnt able to get to it as the corridors were blocked with people . Am I entitled to a refund?

In such circumstances you have a reasonable claim that the seat you booked was not available and no alternative was possible

Well saying the doors were blocked isn't good enough for a refund, the seat may well of been available.

If I was IE would be looking into the claim and not taking the easy way out and just giving the refund.
