Question More Non-Stopping Darts

The 6.15pm Dart on Monday 21 December that was supposed to depart Shankill northbound did not stop, but went through fast at 6.20pm and apparently was going fast to Dun Laoghaire. My guess is that it was late and was trying to catch up time. Is Irish Rail permitted to do this?

Irish Rail could cancel every train and still we the public have no comeback

Its unacceptable and proves once again that Irish Rail cannot run the timetable
