Default 0720 Tralee-Heuston: Later Arrival time

For the past couple of weeks the 0720 Tralee-Heuston (the only through train on weekdays) has had its scheduled arrival at Heuston changed from 1115 to 1125. I could see a reason for this at the beginning of the month when an extra Limerick-Heuston due to arrive at 1110 might have caused pathing problems

The on-line journey planner last week gave the later arrival time as applying to the week of August 2 -7. However the later arival has now been extended for another week.

What's up? Why the continuing revision of the time? It's not as if the train was chronically late when scheduled to arrive at 1115.
