cancelled DART services on Tuesday 21st August

does anyone here know what was the issue with DART services running from Howth last Tuesday evening?

i had just made my way over to Bayside station that night to see the electronic display board from a distance outside the station firstly displaying the 8.25 service from Howth as delayed and then it vanished from the screen stating the next southbound service was due in over 60 minutes. also, later that night the last DART service to Howth which arrives at Tara Street at 11.20 was only running as far as Howth Junction. there regularly seems to be issues with the overhead lines at Howth Junction and i'm wondering was that the issue again?
