Default IE Website ticket sales: what a mess!

Looking at the IE website, they advertise on-line ticket sales for special trains to the Munster Hurling final in Thurles on June 25, which we are told are to be available for purchase on the site from 1030 on Friday June 16th. Well its now 2215 on June 18th: there is nothing available; there are no links from the announcement. Did they forget something on Friday? Are they all asleep? Have they fallen victim to green-mould on their Danishes (see another thread)?

No they were there and the 3 specials are all sold out, I can still see them 11:10, 11:40 and 11:50

I checked Friday lunchtime and the tickets were on sale

OK, I got it wrong: but the links on the site are not what they should be: there should be a link from the news item to the pages on which the specials are for sale. These things should be foolproof, which this fool has proved they are not!

Both the IE and DB sites are terribly programmed, and to the trained eye it seems like a hodgepodge job was made of the site whilst being the most expensive option.
