They don't say that anyone with a reservation is entitled to a full refund, don't say either that since they will be at least 30 minutes late into Dundalk the 35% enterprise refund applies

Of course the 16:50 doesn't even stop in Drogheda!

I see now from IE that on Saturday (26th April) there are no fewer than 22 services cancelled on the Maynooth line. This does not look like a routine illness or rest day problem: it looks like sabotage to me.

Why can't they lay out the information in a logical way?

A table with two columns, services from Maynooth canceled and a column with services from Pearse canceled?

It gets very hard to read through all 22 canceled services

Be sure to ask how many drivers short they are, remember there is no unofficial or official action ongoing, no picket. Staff are working to the agreement in place 2 days off per week

Since rest days are generally rostered for weekends where possible the mass cancellations on Saturday aren't surprising

The 20:00 Pearse - Maynooth, not listed for cancellation anywhere pulled into the platform in Pearse with a driver and destination Maynooth listed.

We got on and as the train pulled out (with the usual this train is for Maynooth) there was an announcement just starting in Pearse.

By the time we got to Tara, the train had been canceled due to driver shortage!

So why was the train canceled given we had a driver and why can't Irish Rail place notices on their website accurately?

Actually, have they just given the whole of Northern and Eastern the weekend off? Work and closures on all three lines.

The online timetable says the 16:50 to Belfast is running. Yesterday it said it was a bus service. What to believe?
