Default 29Ks in the morning

So, first week back on the train and both today and yesterday, they ran 29K as the first service ex Longford. Anybody know if this is standard now or if it's an aberration (I seem to remember the first train on Mondays was often oddball in some way).

Bleugh... cold and noisy. At least the punctuality seems to have improved in the morning.

I generally take the 0707 from Edgeworthstown and then as I have flexibility at work around leaving time, I alternate between the 1705 and the 1905 home. It isn't only about comfort, I get a lot of work done on the train and this basically isn't possible on a 29K. For some reason, my mobile data connection is also significantly worse on a 29K over a 22K. No idea why.

I agree regarding the cold and noisy statement. 29Ks are utterly unsuitable for a 2 hour journey. They should not be heading any further than Maynooth.
