Bray to Dalkey on the wrong track

Any one know why the Rosslare to Connolly train that left Bray at about 4.30pm travelled on the wrong side between Bray and Dalkey today, before switching back?

I presumed there was a broken down Dart or some track fixing going on, but couldn't see anything.

Not sure if the Dart that was supposed to be a couple of minutes behind did the same, but its forthcoming arrival suggested it would be on the usual side judging by the digital display.
