Default Cork-Midleton: how's it going?

Given that one of the great spectator sports of 2010 is going to be trying to beat the fingers of a hand when counting boardings on the WRC intermediate stops, how is Cork-Midleton doing so far? Does anyone know if they are beating what IE projected for the route? Is it meshing well with the existing Cobh route?

It seems to be well used the problem is buying tickets form the Cork end and ensuring people have tickets when boarding at the other stations.

Ticket problem was fixed last week

Reports I have are of good loads and on occasions 4 coach trains running to match demand.

I can confirm that the ticket machines in Kent Station now have Midleton / Carrigtwohill on them!!! Really handy today as there was a busy queue for the 15:30 to Dublin so I did not have to go near the booking office!

Now all we need are timetables at all East Cork stations!

Thanks for the update folks. I used to go to school in East Cork and take a strong interest in what's going on with this line.
