[20-01-09 10:00] DARTs 25 minutes late

DARTs running 25 minutes late. Excuse being given is a level crossing issue near Sydney Parade, but train I got was already nearly 10 minutes late before it reached Killester. Seemed to be delayed to allow a goods train through.
