Ticket reservation chaos.
In the last month I've reserved three return tickets from Dublin to Galway. On not one occasion did they have my reservation allocated when i Boarded the train. The overhead display was always switched off and the position of my seat was only correct once, dispite selecting the seat online. On two occasions I had to remove passengers.
 The heat in the coach is ridiculous and the nice purple ink that stains your hands from the ticket being inspected from the guard makes that €4 beer that little bit more sour. Apart from that it wasn't that bad........ |
