Angry Warning - stolen luggage

All, just a warning about thieves operating on the Dublin-Cork trains. My sister had her luggage stolen on the Dublin Cork service last Wednesday (from the luggage rack). She only realised at Limerick Junction when she got off. She reported it to the station & driver but has heard nothing since (even though she has been chasing them for an update daily). They have not even sourced the CCTV from the train yet.
She has since contacted a friend in the Gardai who managed to get a picture of the guy getting off the train at Thurles with her bag (from station CCTV). He has since tracked this guy down and is in the process of seeing what can be recovered.

Just a warning to all passangers on all routes to watch their bags. If you can, I would advise putting it in the overhead rack or between the seats where you can keep an eye on it. The luggage racks are not secure as someone can grab a bag and disappear out the door. We all know what IE will do about it if it happens to you....absolutely nothing.
