Default Customer Service Issue

Now I know that Overheard in Dublin is possibly not the most reliable of sources, but this post is a little bit worrying, if it is true:
Quote:
An elderly woman steps from the Dart at Glenageary station and looks slightly unsure of her bearings. A young Chinese man in an Iarnród Éireann top is in the elevator, so the elderly woman approaches him.
WOMAN: Is this Glenageary?
MAN (clearly with little comprehension of English): What?
WOMAN: Is this Glenageary station?
MAN (baffled): What?
WOMAN (increasingly flustered): Is this the Dart stop for Glenageary?
MAN (triumphantly): No, this is elevator.

* Doors shut, elevator goes up*
