1. CIÉ refused access to the RPA (i.e. what actually happened). (Derek's post and the newspaper article) 2. The correct legal position appears to be that the RPA are entitled to access (i.e. what the law says). (Mark's post) |

The law says a lot of things. What happens in reality is often very different. |

Going to the district court would cost more and take longer, but they have that legal right§
