Default Cross Border Commuters May Be Entitled to Financial Compensation

Cross border passengers traveling on monthly or annual tickets may be entitled to financial compensation due to the recurrent delays on services.

Quote:
Chapter 2 Article 17 EC 1371/2007

"Passengers who hold a travel pass or season ticket and who encounter recurrent delays or cancellations during its period of validity may request adequate compensation in accordance with the railway undertakings compensation arrangements. These arrangements shall state the criteria for determining delay and for the calculation of the compensation"
If you are such a commuter we would like to hear from you and to help you get compensation if it is available. It has to be paid in cash form so no vouchers.
