![]() The online timetable is stating that the 21:55 pearse maynooth is deferred to 22:15 departing from connolly at 22:22 tomorrow, wednesday 11th august
Presuming this is due to the soccer at the aviva, giving passengers time to get back to pearse to catch this train. |

![]() Will they ever start running services further out the Longford / Sligo line after games / concerts? They have late trains running to Galway and Cork, but never on this line past Maynooth.

![]() Or on a Friday night possibly? It would be nice to have a pint or two after work. You would think that on a Friday there would be enough traffic to support a 9pm train to Longford if not Sligo.
Perhaps the level crossing automation project might enable this given that the staffing requirements for allowing a late night run would have dropped dramatically. There can't be many left now. |
