The journey planner seems to show normal services. The text of the Engineering Works announcement is impossibly confusing. With works going on at seemingly multiple locations just what is intended for Belfast services? Is is Bus from Dublin to Drogheda and train from Drogheda to Belfast? The notice does not make this clear.
It doesn't help that the standard of English in the announcement is abysmal: there are elementary mistakes. |

The website has now been changed to state
"All Dublin/Belfast services will operate as a bus transfer throughout, serving Drogheda, Dundalk, Newry and Portadown." on these dates. Note that there will be buses Portadown-Belfast on 14/15 October. Belfast passengers are bus to and From Newry
