Needless to say a very large number of pissed off northern line passengers with new timetable
We have been in contact with Fergus O'Dowd of FG recently about the state of the service.

First time poster but long time commuter....!
Really wanted to attend this tonight but just too tired after work(pity it didnt take place during the weekend). I have my doubts if any thing will come of it but we live in hope. Would appreciate comments on what occurs from anyone that attends? |

is that not a contradiction given a statement from a fine gael regarding DARTS during the week. Can you have it both ways ?

The cut backs on DART and the new timetable are leading to the Northern line problems

Well fair enough if the new dart timetable has been put into place without any thought for the commuter services which is quiet obvious and that the introduction of a proper clockface commuter alongwith an improved peak hour dart service is required.
However to me it does seem opportunistic that both fine gael politicians have their own area in mind. increasing dart services will effect northern line services and vice versa |

More DART's mean fewer stops in Malahide on evening Northern Line services
There were more DARTs last year but Northern Line commuters where happy, now they are not. Irish Rail failed to deliver a clock face Northern Line service to take advantage of the new gaps in the new DART timetable to maximise the service provided
