One of the country's busiest train stations will be closed for 13 weekends over the next two years to facilitate a €10m roof replacement project.
Pearse Station, in Dublin, where protective mesh netting has been in place for years as a safety measure, will undergo the works from the second half of next year, with the first station closure expected in August 2018.
