There's an interesting note in there which says the front facing camera on the bus was broken at the time. I distinctly remember the ex-Dublin Bus CEO saying he had seen the bus CCTV footage and it (correctly) cleared the driver and put the blame on the tram driver. I wonder what camera he say?

Edit: it was the CIE Chairman, not the DB CEO.

What of the second bus on the inside lane that stopped before the junction? That was undamaged and had a view of the junction and it wasn't detained in evidence so DB would have been able to pull the hard drive

It was totally inappropriate and unprofessional to make the statement
