0640 From Newbridge !
Has any body any idea what was going on this morning ! I arrived at Newbridge train station at 0630 for the 0640 train at 0650 we got an annoucement that the driver never showed up so the train was cancelled & the nxt train to stop would be the Limerick train.The Limerick train did not stop in Newbridge and the 0707 Carlow train eventually arrived at 0735.And I also noticed an Irish Rail employee blocking off the additional parking in the car park ! Just another way to show their customers how little Irish Rail give a damn about the rubbish service they provude !!

That train runs empty from Inchicore to Kildare and yes there is a spare driver on the roster in Inchicore to cover for this
Garrett Cummins of NRG tells me the car park issue has something to do with resurfacing, something IE promised to do before Summer last year |
