![]() Does anybody know why the 06:30 from Portlaoise is constantly at least 10 minutes late? It arrives in Kildare anytime after 7am when timetable says it should be 06:52am. Most mornings I get it, the train does not arrive in Heuston until 07:50am which is almost 10mins.
For only the third train of the morning it does not make sense how there can be delays so earlier. |

![]() I am guessing this is to do with speed limits south of Kildare. I use it sometimes too (from Newbridge) and it is always reliably late.

![]() It is the speed restriction, plus its the first train of the day from Portloaise which causes some trouble with the leaves
