![]() Some problem with early morning Enterprise.
4 coaches from 8.32 Drogheda to Pearse borrowed to collect passengers from Dundalk. Passengers from Drogheda asked to change trains at Balbriggan. |

![]() 9:35 is a NIR staffed train so it was either the Gatwick set of 4 coaches or a 3CK railcar set
Unlike IE NIR have a backup plan

No reason why the Mk3s can't be a backup though. Being refurbished I know but some are still a backup for Cork when the Mk4 fails |

![]() I don't think the Mk3s are allowed north of the border anymore.
There were several DARTs ran short as well this morning, and a 4-car DART at peak time is pretty painful. |

![]() The southbound service seems to have been a 3-car 3CK, which was followed by a 29K to mop up the Dundalk and Drogheda passengers who couldn't get on. I saw the latter crossing the viaduct, but was on the commuter train following it (oh, those extra 5 mins in bed).
I saw the 3CK heading north from Connolly as we were arriving on the 8:32. |
