![]() 34 Minutes late arriving into Portarlington tonight...should have been 20:01 actually arrived 20:34. Apparently it was delayed most of the way up, I know it was at least 20 minutes behind schedule at Clara.

![]() It was only 5 minutes down at Athlone, but, they decided to hold it in Clara for 20-30 minutes because the Galway and Mayo trains were allowed go down.

![]() well, it would only have held the late trains an extra 5-10 minutes in addition to how late they were already. The on-time train should have been allowed to stay on time.
Methinks it was IÉ trying to make sure that the 2 westbound trains could make it to their destinations less than 1 hour late so that they could save themselves the refunds ![]()
