Default [12-2-2007] Connolly Killester

This is the third overhead line incident in 8 days, it clearly not the overhead wires. It sounds like pantographs are causing problems. The classic wipper blade failure will bring the wire down

DART disruption - Connolly to Killester by Corporate Communications

12th February 2007 - 09.30hrs

DART services are currently suspended between Connolly and Killester due to an overhead line power fault.

The fault is being investigated, and further details will be updated here as soon as possible.

Dublin Bus will accept rail tickets for customers whose journeys are affected.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Back running now

Sounds more like a trip on the Fairview substation which in theory should not result in a shutdown anyway
