Took them near on 3 hours to sort it out, the target is under 2 hours in the UK and indeed the average time is now close to 90 minutes

Incident is the IE code word for train vs person on the line

I figured as much but Bayside station isnt a known location for that.

The train (and platform) display was continually announcing that the train I was on at about 1000 this morning was destined for Howth. At each station they were making loud announcements that trains were not running between Howth & Howth Junction.

Can the on train displays not be changed to indicate short running or do they really only support Malahide, Howth, Connolly, Bray & Greystones ?

Yes the displays can be updated quite easily

lack of staff training is the real problem
